Michael began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted a wide range of felonies and misdemeanors. That experience shapes how he approaches a defense today: understanding how a case is built, what the prosecution must prove, and where the pretrial process matters.

After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Michael worked as a trial attorney at Gersowitz Libo & Korek, P.C., a New York City firm focused on personal injury and medical malpractice. There he represented people injured in serious accidents, by medical negligence, and in workplace incidents. He later started his own practice.
